Travel Documents
Final travel documents will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before departure. Please familiarize yourself with these documents before the tour. Although we provide your e-ticket number and confirmation code, all you need at the airport is your passport. Online check-in is not necessary for this international flight. Note that seat assignments may change, but you can request changes at the check-in counter.
Passport and Visa
- Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your return date.
- Sign your passport and fill in the emergency contact section.
- Make several photocopies of your passport’s identification page and keep them separate from your passport. Leave a copy at home with your itinerary.
- Visa requirements vary by country. Check the U.S. State Department website for the most current information. Visas for Egypt and Jordan can be obtained upon entry. Turkey visas can be purchased online.
