Israel Tour Itinerary
YOUR ADVENTURE AWAITS
Day 1 – Saturday, March 14
Depart the USA
Our journey begins as we board our overnight flight to Israel—destination: the land of the Bible. Prepare your heart and mind for an unforgettable time of discovery and spiritual enrichment.
Day 2 – Sunday, March 15
Arrival in Israel • Coastal Stay
We arrive at Ben Gurion Airport and are welcomed by our guide before heading to the Mediterranean coast. We settle in for the evening at our hotel on the coast.
Day 3 – Monday, March 16
Caesarea • Mt. Carmel • Megiddo • Mt. Arbel
Today we explore Caesarea in depth before ascending Mount Carmel, where Elijah confronted the prophets of Baal. At Megiddo, we stand atop the site known as Armageddon. Then we take in the stunning view over the Sea of Galilee from Mount Arbel.
Day 4 – Tuesday, March 17
Galilean Ministry Sites
We follow in Jesus’ footsteps today with visits to Tabgha (site of the multiplication), Capernaum, and Korazin, where He ministered and taught. We enjoy a traditional St. Peter’s fish lunch by the water, explore Magdala, and visit Yardenit, the baptismal site on the Jordan River.
Day 5 – Wednesday, March 18
Northern Galilee and the Golan Heights
Today we head north to Kursi, believed to be the site of the demoniac’s deliverance. We then visit Tel Dan, Caesarea Philippi, and the ruins of Nimrod’s Castle. We end with panoramic views from Mount Bental, overlooking Syria.
Day 6 – Thursday, March 19
Nazareth Region and Sea of Galilee Boat Ride
We visit the excavated city of Sepphoris, explore Nazareth Village, and ascend Mount Tabor, a possible site of the Transfiguration. After dinner, we enjoy a special evening boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, departing from Ein Gev.
Day 7 – Friday, March 20
Jordan Valley to the Dead Sea
We journey south, stopping at Beit She’an, a spectacular Roman city, and Gideon’s Spring (Ein Harod). After a scenic box lunch, we explore the oasis of Ein Gedi before arriving at our hotel on the Dead Sea—the lowest point on earth.
Day 8 – Saturday, March 21
Shabbat at the Dead Sea
Enjoy a restful Shabbat. Today is yours to relax, float in the Dead Sea, or take in the stunning desert surroundings.
Day 9 – Sunday, March 22
Masada • Qumran • Abraham’s Tent • Israel Museum
We ascend Masada and hear the story of Jewish bravery under siege. At Qumran, we explore the caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Then, experience biblical hospitality at Abraham’s Tent (including camel rides), followed by a visit to the Israel Museum to see the Shrine of the Book and the Model City of Jerusalem.
Day 10 – Monday, March 23
Jerusalem’s Southern Sites
This day includes a powerful walk through the Southern Steps, the Western Wall, and the Jewish Quarter. We then venture into the City of David, including Hezekiah’s Tunnel and the Pool of Siloam.
Day 11 – Tuesday, March 24
Herodian • Mount of Olives
We explore Herod’s Palace at Herodium, then walk down the Palm Sunday Road and spend time in the Garden of Gethsemane, reflecting on Christ’s final hours.
Day 12 – Wednesday, March 25
Temple Mount • Holy Sepulcher • Garden Tomb
Our final day includes a visit to the Temple Mount and the Pool of Bethesda. We walk the Via Dolorosa, visit the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, and enjoy some free time in the Old City. We close with a meaningful visit to the Garden Tomb and a special farewell dinner.
Day 13 – Thursday, March 26
Return Home
