As your departure day approaches, many wonderful experiences await. Whether you are traveling on the group flight or following your own air schedule, review the practical details below so everything is in order when it is time to take the first step of your journey.
Documents
Keep your passport, required entry authorization, airline record, and final Nahal Tours communications accessible.
Baggage
Follow your airline’s current allowance, label every checked bag, and keep medications, documents, valuables, and essentials in your carry-on.
Airport timing
Review your air schedule carefully and give yourself ample time to arrive at the airport at least three hours before your international departure.
Phone access
If you have not already done so, contact your service provider and make the appropriate arrangements if you want to use your phone internationally.
Medications
Keep necessary medication, with appropriate labels, in the personal item that will remain with you on the plane. Bring enough for the trip and a reasonable delay.
Final check
Reconfirm your flight status directly with the airline and review the most recent arrival or departure instructions from Nahal Tours.

Confirm that you have all checked luggage before leaving the baggage area and report missing items immediately.
- 3Follow your transfer plan
Land-only travelers are responsible for their own transportation from the airport to the hotel on arrival and from the hotel back to the airport on departure. Three courtesy transfers will be available, and the schedule will be posted when ready; however, each land-only traveler remains responsible for ensuring they have transportation.
- 4Reconfirm before returning home
Prepare the night before and follow the current airport plan and luggage directions communicated to you.

Complete arrival procedures, collect your luggage, and follow the transfer plan that applies to you. Afternoon arrival is recommended; Shabbat hotel check-in is scheduled for 7:00 PM.

03Sunday · October 25Caesarea & Mount Carmel
Begin at Caesarea, continue to Mount Carmel, and travel north into the Galilee.

Cross the Sea of Galilee by wooden boat, visit the First Century Boat Museum and Capernaum, then gather for the opening conference session.

Explore key Gospel sites around the Galilee and return to Ayala for the second evening conference session.

Travel north to Tel Dan, the Jordan headwaters, Caesarea Philippi, and a Golan Heights overlook. The conference concludes this evening.

07Thursday · October 29Jordan River, Beit Shean & Jerusalem
Participate in a Jordan River baptism service, explore Beit Shean, and make the meaningful ascent to Jerusalem.

Walk the Mount of Olives and Palm Sunday Road, visit Gethsemane and the Southern Steps, then continue through the City of David.
